River Red Gum
A bright flavour with mild sweetness, this honey is perfect for breakfast, baking or in a cup of tea. This variety was gathered by our bees from the River Red Gum tress in the heat of our Australian summer.
Giant Mallee
This smooth medium bodied honey was collected by our bees in the Hattah Lakes National Park, in Northwest Victoria's Mallee Region. It is perfect for your porridge in the morning, or if you like a little bit more flavour to your honey.
Old Man Banksia
Our Bees collected this honey from the “Old Man” Banksia tree found in Gippsland. This rich caramel flavoured honey is a distinctive and unique Australian treat.
Native Manuka
This rare treat was collected by our bees from Wilsons Promontory National Park. This honey is complex, florid and aromatic.
Our honey is produced in a simple, natural, age-old beekeeping process also using a modern, HACCP Quality Assurance program.
All our honey is 100% pure and Australian. We can guarantee this as we extract and pack all of our honey on site in Castlemaine.
